Job Description
- Serve customers in the salon for all scalp & hair services
- Participate in styling during events, photo shoots, video shoots, special projects etc
- Recommend and promote additional services and/or retail products to suit customers’ needs
- Guide customers to seat and serve drinks, magazines
- Greet and attend to customers upon entering and exiting salon. Assist Customer Service Officer in managing appointments, customer registration, cashiering and inquiries during peak hours
- Maintain salon appearance, equipment, tools & overall cleanliness
- Report equipment, facility problems alongside maintenance issues immediately
- Cooperate with branch team to record stock-in & stock-out for all products as well as monthly stock check and stock take. Applicable for both salon-use and retail products
- Post regular updates on hair work on social media
- Participate in educational seminars and courses
- Educate, guide junior team members on skills and knowledge
- Support marketing activities, promotions and campaigns
- Other relevant tasks as shared by the branch manager or management team
Requirement
- Working experience in hair industry
- Self Motivated
- Passion in the beauty industry
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with people
- Dedicated and willing to learn
- Team-player and proactive
- Able to work harmoniously in a cross-cultural environment
- Able to work on shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Physical mobility to be on your feet for prolonged period
- Commitment to support the company’s marketing plans and activities
